Biography

Dr. Jonathan H. Sherman is a board-certified neurosurgeon and Professor and Chief of Neurosurgical Oncology in the Department of Neurosurgery at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Rutgers University. He specializes in brain and spine tumor management, with a focus on translational research connecting laboratory discoveries to clinical applications. He previously served as Director of Neurosurgical Oncology at George Washington University and West Virginia University's Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute.

Dr. Sherman completed his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia, residency at the University of Virginia, and a surgical neuro-oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He has authored over 130 peer-reviewed manuscripts and a textbook on cold plasma cancer therapy.
