Graduated in Physical Activity Sciences with a Master's Degree in Sports Performance and Health, she has specialized in studying the impact of physical activity on cognitive ability and learning in the elderly population. She is currently monitoring programs in which, through manipulating training variables such as volume, intensity, load, and different types of training, changes in people's learning capacity can be observed.
