Biography

Dr. Minoru "Shino" Shinohara is an Associate Professor in the School of Biological Sciences at Georgia Institute of Technology, where he directs the Human Neuromuscular Physiology Lab. He holds a Ph.D. in Multidisciplinary Sciences (Life Sciences) from the University of Tokyo, along with M.S. and B.S. degrees in Physical Education with specializations in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics. His research investigates the physiological and biomechanical mechanisms underlying human sensorimotor performance and how these adapt in response to interventions and aging.
