
Biography
Paige A. Willson is an Instructional Professor of Costume Design and Technology at the University of Houston and a nationally recognized costume and mask designer for theatre, dance, and performance art. She received her BFA in Performing Arts and Dance from the University of Louisiana–Lafayette and her MFA in Theatre — Costume, Lighting and Scenic Design from the University of Houston. She served as Crafts Master and Milliner at the Tony Award-winning Alley Theatre from 2004 to 2009. Her dye and millinery work has appeared in productions across the country, and her masks have been featured in curated exhibitions at Art on Broad Street in Augusta, Rice University, and Catalina Coffee in Houston. Select costume design credits include the Houston Shakespeare Festival, Generations: A Theatre Company, Karen Stokes Dance, and Mildred's Umbrella Theatre Company.
